By accessing and purchasing from Eastern Armory Inc (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Legal Compliance
   • Customers must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws.
   • Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements to purchase or possess firearms.

2. Age Requirement
   • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns, or related ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition.
3. Order Acceptance
   • Orders are subject to verification and may be canceled at our discretion if compliance requirements are not met.
   • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
4. Product Descriptions
   • We strive to provide accurate product information but do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • We are not responsible for misuse of products purchased from our store. Customers assume all risk associated with ownership, use, and storage of firearms, ammunition, and accessories.

Transfer fees:

No transfer fee if we order the item for you.

$50 fee for long gun

$50 fee for handgun (plus $10 for msp 77r)

$90 for NFA items (supressors)

TRANSFER CANCELLATIONS:

We will charge a $25 return fee if you [1] transfer in a non-Maryland legal firearm and cannot complete paperwork [2] fail the background check and the firearm needs to be returned to the seller [3] you do not obtain the required HQL license and cannot complete the handgun registration within 45 days unless approved for extended time by Eastern Armory Inc.  You (transferee) are responsible for all return shipping costs for any firearm that has to be shipped back to where it was transferred from.

FAILURE TO TRANSFER / ABANDONMENT: Transfers will be held for 45 days from date of receipt unless an extended timeframe is approved by Eastern Armory Inc.  Any firearm left uncollected (not transferred) after 45 days without contact via e-mail (store@easternarmory.com) by you (the transferee) will incur a $5 per day storage fee.

Refund Policy – Eastern Armory Inc

1. Firearms & Ammunition
   • All firearm and ammunition sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once a firearm has been transferred to a customer or an FFL dealer.
2. Accessories & Gear
   • Non-firearm products (e.g., apparel, holsters, optics, hunting gear) may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
   • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Learning/ Classes: At Eastern Armory we understand that life happens all around us, all the time and many times is out of our control. For our in-person trainings we will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your training. Unfortunately, due to high demand, preparation costs and limited seating, if you call atleast 72 hours before the day of your class there will not be a reschedule fee. Between 72-24 hours before the day of your class, you will be charged a $35 rescheduling fee. However, if you do not notify us prior to 24 hours, do not show up or miss your elected class,or show up more than 15 minutes late your registration fee is not refundable, and you will have to pay full price to attend the next class.
4. Defective Products
   • If a product is defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or manufacturer warranty assistance.

Shipping Policy – Eastern Armory Inc

1. Firearms
   • Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers.
   • Customers must provide FFL information at checkout or have the dealer send us a copy of their license.
   • Firearms will not be shipped directly to an individual’s home.
2. Ammunition
   • Ammunition is shipped in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Certain states/locations restrict direct shipment.
3. Processing Times
   • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment and verification.
4. Shipping Restrictions
   • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
   • We do not ship firearms or ammunition to jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
   • Once shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer. Insurance claims must be filed with the carrier.
